How to Order
All orders must be placed through the website. Please do not e-mail your card details to exit.uk.com. No responsibility can be taken for the security of your details when submitted via e-mail and all such orders will be ignored.

Card Security
The utmost care and consideration is taken to ensure that your card details are secure. This is achieved by encrypting your card number at the time when you place your order. It is imperative that you type in the cardholder's name as it is shown on the card and address exactly as it appears on the statement.

Card fraud is illegal and will lead to prosecution in all cases.

Accepted Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo. We do not accept American Express or Diners Club cards.

When will you be charged?
Your card will only be debited when we are ready to dispatch your goods.

What if an item is out of stock?
If the item you have chosen is unavailable you will be contacted via your e-mail address as soon as possible and given the option of an alternative product. If we are able to order the item from our suppliers you will be asked if this is acceptable and informed of any delay this may cause. Under no circumstances will payment be taken for items that are not in our immediate stock.
Please note that although stock is updated daily it is possible for items to sell out immediately before this is achieved. Very rarely this may result in a product or size option being displayed for a very short time although it is unavailable. This is impossible to avoid and is in no way an attempt to mislead customers.

Pricing Policy
All products on exit.uk.com are priced in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate.

Delivery Address/Telephone Number
Delivery address must be the same as on the card statement if ordering for the first time. Subsequent orders can be sent to alternative adresses. Exit Stores Ltd reserve the right to change this policy if fraudulent activity is suspected. Orders placed with mismatched card details/billing addresses will NOT be shipped and will be cancelled.

When ordering you must supply a valid daytime telephone number. We will only use this information in the event of problems with the dispatch/delivery of your order.

Delivery Charges
When you place an order please be sure to select the correct shipping option in order to avoid delays or unexpected additional charges.

Shipping is free for accessories including wallets and jewelry (please not that we do not ship items listed with free shipping abroad). All other items are charged according to the list below.

UK MAINLAND: Delivery is charged at £5.00 in addition to the order total when sent to mainland addresses in England, Wales and Scotland.

UK OTHER: Delivery to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Isle of Scilly is charged at £10.00 in addition to the order total. All other destinations are treated as international and will be charged accordingly. Please note that all international orders are limited to one item per purchase and orders for multiple items will not be honoured.

EUROPE: European orders are charged at £15.00 in addition to the order total. Please note again that all international orders are limited to one item per purchase and orders for multiple items will not be honoured.

REST OF WORLD: International orders are charged at £20.00 in addition to the order total for the United States, Asia and the rest of the world. Again, please note that all international orders are limited to one item per purchase and orders for multiple items will not be honoured.

Delivery
All items will be dispatched the same working day providing the order is placed before 3pm. Orders placed after 3pm or outside office hours will be dispatched the next working day. All orders for delivery to mainland Britain are sent on a next working day service via courier if postage charges apply. Items qualifying for free postage are sent via Royal Mail. Exit Stores Limited regret that we are unable to guarantee a delivery time for orders sent to international/other destinations.

Customers will be notified by e-mail a soon as possible if it is anticipated that delivery will take longer than the stated time. If goods are not available for immediate dispatch you will be asked via email if you wish to proceed.

Delivery will be attempted as many times as is allowed under the terms of the initial dispatch. Any subsequent delivery attempts or refusal is the responsibility of the customer and as such all charges incurred by Exit Stores Ltd will be passed on.

Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days without giving reason. The 7 working day period commences from when you are in receipt the goods.

Return of Goods Policy
1. Goods can be returned for a full refund if they are faulty, unsuitable or if the wrong item has been dispatched. This includes clothing or footwear that does not fit.
2. In the event that the wrong goods are dispatched please contact info@exit.uk.com to arrange their return.
3. All returns must be organised within 14 days of placing your order and items must be unused and with their original packaging.
4. Goods purchased at Exit stores cannot be returned to Exit on-line or vice versa.
5. The customer is liable for all return postage costs incurred when returning items that are unsuitable or no longer required.
6. Return postage costs regarding exchanges for faulty items or those sent in error will be refunded onto the card used for the initial purchase.
7. In the event of faulty items or those sent in error being returned but not exchanged, the purchase price will be refunded and a separate cheque issued to cover any postage costs incurred by the customer.

Return of Goods Procedure.
1. Contact us on 0113 2620431 or via info@exit.uk.com explaining why you wish to return the goods, for instance if an item does not fit.
2. You will be instructed how to return the item(s).
3. The original receipt must be returned.
4. Please return items in original packaging.
5. Once the returned goods have been checked your account will be credited.
6. Packages must be returned pre-paid.

Under no circumstances are goods to be returned to the exit on-line without consulting customer service.

Any goods returned which do not comply with the return of goods policy will be returned to the customer and will not be accepted for refund until such time that the above conditions are met. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Goods
If returned goods are assessed and found to be faulty a full refund will be given. The full amount plus the cost of postage and any other costs incurred as a direct result of faulty goods being supplied will be credited in full to the customer in line with our return of goods policy.

Goods can only be returned by the original purchaser.

Card Refunds
All refunds will be placed on the original card used for the purchase. Please allow one to two months for the credit to appear on your statement.

Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice.
